MadisonMadison Elle Beer from Long Island, New York was an early fan of music. She began making videos in 2012, in which she performed versions of songs that are popular. Justin Bieber, a pop celebrity, found her version of Etta's "At Last" within a couple of months, and shared the song with his more than 25 million followers on Twitter. The coverage led to her signing a recording contract at Island Records, and then a management agreement with Bieber's manager. In the meantime, Beer was also cast in a small role in the film Louder Than Words, which starred David Duchovny and made its film festival debut in 2013. The melismatic and poppy "Melodies," her debut single, was also released late in 2013.
