Jamie Colby
Colby, National News Anchor and Correspondent for Fox News has worked there since July 2003. Colby was anchor, reporter and correspondent for CBS News prior to joining FOX News Channel. Colby has also been a fill-in on CBS Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is an attorney licensed to practice law throughout New York, California, Florida and Florida and the District of Columbia. Her awards include the Edward R.Murrow Award in 2002, for reporting on the terrorist attacks of September 11 in 2001, the Gracie Award for Investigative Reporting in 2000 and Clarion Award for Women in Communications. Television Week named her "Rising News Star to Be Watching". Colby also worked as an attorney for a private law practice during her 10 year tenure. Her law practice started at an Hollywood entertainment agency that entrusted Colby the show The Tonight Show. In her early 20s, she was working as a reporter for Johnny Carson during his contract renewal with NBC and also his divorce. Since January 2015, Colby has served as host and reporter on The Fox Business show, Strange Inheritance, which covers quirky or unexpected legacies left behind by friends or family
